52zero Rentals is operated by 52zero Logistics LLC.

Payments are generally non-refundable once the rental period has started.

However, we understand that situations may vary. In certain cases, such as mechanical issues, service interruptions, or customer concerns, refunds, credits, or adjustments may be considered at our discretion.

If a driver is not satisfied or experiences an issue with the vehicle, we will work to provide a solution, which may include a vehicle replacement, credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation.

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
